Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated by the total weight of your purchase and further refined by distance to your delivery address. Most orders under 3 pounds will ship via US mail. Orders over 3 pounds will only see UPS shipping options during checkout.
Orders may ship from our warehouse in Ohio, Texas, or North Carolina.
After receiving your merchandise we offer a 15-day return or exchange. Merchandise received in its original unused condition with all packaging materials intact will be eligible for a refund minus 20% restocking fee. Refund will be extended after we have inspected the merchandise and find it to be in original condition. If the returned merchandise is found to be handled, misused and/or in a non-saleable condition there will be no refund. Defective merchandise will be subject to manufacturers warranty. It is the buyers responsibility to cover all return shipping charges. |
